Click and Collect service: shop online, collect in store
1. Start your shopping experience, select the Valentino Romano creation you would like to purchase and enjoy placing your order online, from wherever you are.
2. To complete your order, choose one of Valentino Romano’s simple, fast and secure online payment methods. Multiple options are available: select the one that suits your needs.
3. Once your online order is available for collection, you will receive a confirmation email. You will then have 14 days to pick up your order from the selected store. Please remember to bring photo ID, the original payment confirmation and a copy of your order confirmation email printed out or on your mobile device. If your order is not collected within this timeframe, your purchase will be refunded back to its original method of payment (except for personalised and engraved pieces) and the item(s) will be sent back to our warehouse.
If someone else is collecting the order on your behalf, they must bring:
– A copy of your government-issued photo ID
– Their government-issued photo ID
– The confirmation email signed with your written consent authorising the order to be collected on your behalf.
Please note that if you chose PayPal as a means of payment for your order, you will be the only person entitled to collect it and we will be unable to deliver it to anyone else.
